What we fix, and how it is priced
We keep the list to six machines on purpose: they get all of the van stock and all of the training hours. Every one of them is priced the same way — a $99 diagnostic with a meter, one written number for the repair with that $99 already inside it, your approval before the wrench turns, and a written warranty when it is done. All pricing comes after the diagnostic, in writing; we do not quote repairs over the phone.

What we do not fix
Microwaves, wine coolers, standalone and under-counter ice machines, trash compactors, water heaters, HVAC and commercial kitchen equipment. If a call falls outside the six, we say so on the phone rather than charge you for a visit.
